Immunological characteristics of primary tumor and bone marrow in patients with breast cancer

Introduction. The Implementation of immunotherapy in cancer requires a thorough analysis the biological characteristics tumor. Therefore, study tumor immunophenotype is leading scientific direction. Molecules major histocompatibility complex are considered as promising markers for evaluating possibility using immunotherapy. Objective. To primary molecular subtypes breast and analyze it depending on frequency bone marrow damage. Materials methods. included 99 patients with cancer. Tumor tissue samples were studied. Stages: T1 (51.5%), T2 (44.4%), T3 (2.0%). Metastatic involvement lymph nodes (N+) was noted 39.4% (n = 39) cases. Immunophenotyping carried out cryostat sections by immunofluorescence. Antibodies to HLA-I, HLA-II, KL1, FITC-labeled F(ab2) antiserum fragments (Becton Dickinson, USA) used. studied morphological (Zeiss microscope, Axioskop, Germany) immunological methods (flow cytometry, FACS Canto II, USA), data – Kaluza Analysis v2.1 software. Used monoclonal antibodies: CD45, EPCAM USA). Statistical processing performed IBM-SPSS Statistics 21 package. Results . HLA-I antigen absent or expressed single cells 50.8% cases luminal Pronounced partial expression 36.9% With Erb-B2 subtype, all had antigens class. Loss weak observed 30% (3/10) triple-negative same percentage HLA-II molecules noted. There no significant differences HLA between subtypes. Using flow detected 40% (26/65) relationships damage size tumor, stage, grade cancer, molecules. Conclusions. does not differ subtype. did depend class II
